The A - Z Game

Since my blog is so brand new, I've decided to participate in the A-Z game (found on Danielleorama and Moorea-seal). It is a great way for me to say hello and tell you some random things about myself.

A. Age: 45
B. Bed size: Queen--but the actual available space after my husband sleeps diagonally on the bed?  Considerably less than that...
C. Chore that you hate: I was going to say doing dishes by hand but I think the thing I hate even more than that is picking up sticks in the yard... (I think that's because I always swore I'd never do it again once I became a grown-up.)
D. Dogs: I love dogs AND cats.  I've always had at least one of each in my family for my whole life.  Can't imagine life without them!
E. Essential start to your day: Something hot to drink while I'm checking all my emails.
F. Favorite color: This is hard! I love colorful things in general and have favorites for certain things. If I absolutely had to pick just one-- it would probably be red.
G. Gold or Silver: Gold
H. Height: 5’5"
I. Instruments you play: I played the flute in high school, but I can't even remember how to read music anymore...
J. Job title: Since I do it all myself, I'm not sure how to label "me".  Seamstress, designer, customer service, shipping, web design, marketing... I just don't know...
K. Kids: I have two beautiful daughters.
L. Live: We live near South Whitley, IN. 
M. Mother’s name: Linda.
N. Nicknames: None, really.  My baby sister called me Lolo when she was really little.
O. Overnight hospital stays: Only when my daughters were born.
P. Pet peeves: Bad drivers, especially when my family is in the car with me.
Q. Quote from a movie: "George Bailey, I'll love you 'til the day I die."  (It's a Wonderful Life)
R. Right or left handed: Right handed!
S. Siblings: Two sisters.
T. Time you wake up: It depends.  The beauty of working from home is that there's no set schedule!!
U. Underwear: Yes, I wear it.
V. Vegetable you hate: Hmmm, I like most vegetables. I guess I'll say CANNED peas.  They're gross.  I love fresh or frozen peas, but I can't stand them canned.  (Which is my husband's favorite way to eat them...)
W. What makes you run late: I have a tendency to be distracted.
X. X-Rays you’ve had: I am starting to feel like I'm answering questions in the hospital waiting room now. I had one after I swallowed a nickel when I was 6.  And I've had several as an adult because of my reoccurring kidney stones.  : (
Y. Yummy food that you make: I think my family would say Chicken Parmesan with Fettuccine Alfredo.
Z. Zoo animal: Snow leopards
